Directly situated on the lake with outstanding breakfast, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the parking is convenient.
Nothing was imperfect.

The location was excellent, we took a lovely stroll along the lake in front of the hotel. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The bar is luxurious with stunning views. A great place to have afternoon tea or drinks and watch the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is very big and sprawling with hardly any readable signs to point the way to breakfast, bar, restaurant. We spent a lot of time wandering around aimlessly. When there were signs they were in German Gothic script and illegible. Our credit card was debited before we got there causing complications as we travelled with 2 families. This always leaves a bad taste, even though there was no problem with passing a credit on the card.

Location. Generously sized double room. Friendliness and efficiency of staff.
It was extremely hot, but the hotel room had no ventilation-- certainly not air-conditioning, but also no air circulation. Hence, the air was stifling. The breakfast was, for a hotel of this category, only mittelmäßig. There should be a grill, where omelets or other eggs, can be cooked to order. I saw no toasters. The eggs in the chafing dishes were warm-to-cool.

Great lake view from the room and convenient location close to shopping area and attractions. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold items and made, to, order options.
The hotel seemed outdated and could use some renovating. the staff wasn't always friendly and the facilities weren't well, maintained.

Beautiful location with a panoramic lakeview from the room and balcony (spending the extra for a room with a view is well worth the money) - splendid breakfast served in the loveliest old fashioned varm and stylish restaurant - great food - cosy and lovely atmosphere all over the hotel, and a very friendly staff.
The room (163) was a bit too small and the bed was badly positioned in the corner of the room making it impossible to get out of the bed from both sides.

Located on the edge of a serene lake, with majestic mountains surrounding from all sides, this hotel offers breathtaking views of nature, whether you’re in the cozy coffee shop, the serene lounge, or your room’s balcony. the warm and welcoming service of the staff along with the scrumptious breakfast will ensure a delightful start of your day. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms equipped with all necessities.
One aspect to consider is that some parts of the property are dated and in need of renovation.

Great location near the lake and breathtaking views. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The Christmas atmosphere was felt throughout the hotel with festive decorations and music.
The room was outdated and in need of renovation, specifically the bathroom. The staff at the reception were not very helpful or welcoming.
